radiator cap
- processing technology
- Processing and assembly
- overview
- NIPPA is the leading company of
radiator caps for its wide range of
size,material, and pressure options.
Superior technology of caps is
fostered with our decades of
experience and knowledge.
Our caps are jointly developed and consistently
fabricated from its components to
sub-assembling. We have more than
70% share of the domestic and 20%
share of the international radiator
cap market.
terminal Sub-Assembly
- processing technology
- Ikki Tsuukan as directly press and
molding - overview
- Our originally developed in-line
system, "ikki tsuukan," achieves
high efficient fabrication of terminal
sub-assembly. The connected
facilities automatically stamp,
transfer, and insert mold the
components. NIPPA's terminal
sub-assemblies ensure high
performance and durability.
Frame Assy
- processing technology
- Variable thickness precision forging press and welding
- overview
- The frame used to be fabricated with
cold forging and cut process.
However, with our patent method,
stamping is adopted to the entire
process, and it allows remarkable
cost reduction. Stamping enables to
flexibly thinned down and thicken the
material from 25% to 192%.
The entire processes from stamping
to welding are consistently handled
by our company.
Bobbin
- processing technology
- Insert molding
- overview
- From stamping to insert molding,
NIPPA entirely deals with the
processes. Refined striations of the
wiring area enables to coil efficiently
for higher performance.
Core Stationary
- processing technology
- Variable thickness precision forging
press - overview
- With our leading technology,
core stationary is fabricated with
material flexibly thinned down and
thicken from t2.9 to t3.34 by
stamping process. The tolerance is
approximately 115%. This patent
obtained method allows high yield
rate.
Duty yoke
- processing technology
- Variable thickness precision forging
press - overview
- Our duty yoke ensures tolerance of
inside protuberance within 14 μm.
diaphragm sensor
- processing technology
- Corrugated molding
- overview
- NIPPA proudly introduces our
diaphragm sensor to all the
customers. Urethane processing
optimizes foil material at
25μ to 30μin order to meet and
exceed our customers'
requirements.
Fuel Pump Housing
- processing technology
- Variable thickness precision forging
press - overview
- Our fuel pump housing acquired an
award from Japan Society of
Technology of Plasticity,
Tokai Branch. Our patent method
reduces 25% of thickness of
cylinder's both ends from t2.2 to
t0.55 by stamping.
